Get Outside, Meet New People

I consider myself a lucky human being because I’m able to travel the world with my wife and family, sharing what I love so much with other like-minded individuals across the globe. Yoga found me about 8 years ago, and through my practice, I’ve been able to meet so many amazing people. The biggest reward from my yoga practice has been the ability to connect with and be inspired by others from many different parts of the world. As a society, we tend to stress the idea that we need to be individuals, do things on our own and take a stand when we feel it is necessary.  Although these are all true, I believe that without the help of others, we would not be where we are today. It is because of my many teachers, friends, students, and family that I am able to travel and do what I do. Keeping connections and paying homage to those that hold me up are ideals that I hope to pass on to my children. Get outside, meet new people, and connect with our fellow friends in the world!
