I’m 5’6” and 160 lbs with a long torso and sized up to a L and it’s the perfect comfort fit/ minimal compression. I could’ve done a M for more compression. The color is gorgeous and material is super soft. I love how the top is ribbed, gives the appearance of a tank and shorts vs a true onsie look.
