Meta Pant

Great color and material but legs too narrow

I bought a pair of Meta pants in the Lake color in November 2023 and they fit perfectly. When the new Steel color came out in Spring 2024, I was excited to get a pair. I'd already tried two orders of Birch before Steel came out but had to return them because they were much narrower than the Lake pair. Unfortunately, this Steel pair is just as narrow. I'm tall and thin and my legs are pretty average—not bulging with muscles. The Birch and Steel pairs were both way too tight on my legs. Not at all comfortable like the Lakes. I was hoping it was an aberration, but after three tries, it appears the pattern has changed. Very disappointing. In the pic you can see a 3/8" overlap when the two pairs are aligned, which means the new pattern is about 3/4" narrower. That's a big difference.

Just a couple nit-picks.

I returned the ink color only because it was the exact same shade as another brand I have, which is on me. I thought they might be closer to the "Ink" shade of the Sunday Jogger. I kept the Steel color. Super easy return! The zip rear pocket won't take a full sized phone and zip-up. Another brand does this, and it's great you can protect and conceal your phone in a back pocket. I assumed these would be like that. Minor quibble, I'm not a fan of the 5" tag inside on pants and especially Core shorts that have a liner? You can really feel the tag in the shorts. I fear cutting it off may make it worse. On the plus side, they are super soft like all the Vuori stuff I have, which is great! I'm still a fan.

Meta pant

Can’t say enough about Vapor pants. I live in Florida mostly wear shorts until now. Meta pants are the perfect product in a warm climate. Flexible, breathable , lightweight and built for comfort.

Measurements not right.

Ordered 30” inseam and they were actually about 36”. Not very close…

Terrible customer service

I ordered this, and expected to get 20% off my first order. I made a mistake at checkout and when I asked to be credited the 20%, they said I would have to send the order back and reorder it. Super lame and inefficient. I tried emailing the CEO, but no response. I’m in the client service business, and I can tell you that if I ran the company, I wouldn’t do that. Anyway, I sent the pants back and doubt I will ever buy anything from the company. And the pants didn’t even fit as I expected.

Sizing is off

Pants are very tight in the calves and longer than the inseam chosen. Returned.
