Exactly What I Wanted
I was looking for a lightweight rain jacket that I could adjust the waist and layer over other items. This fit the bill. I love the way it looks. I am 4 ft 11 and 98 lbs, the XS fit well. I did have to return the first one I ordered and reorder. The bungie cord on the first jacket didn't hold its cinch on the waist.

My third Willow Jacket!
I have the Willow Jacket black, white and cobalt blue. This jacket is lightweight but keeps me warm and blocks any light wind in the cooler PNW Springtime weather. It's oversized so I can wear the XS with a hoody underneath and there is still plenty of room. I should be a size Small according to the size chart but that would be way too big based on how the XS fits.

Warm & Cozy
Jacket is warm and cozy especially for SoCal weather. Fit is boxy..got a Large but wish I had a medium but they were sold out in this color.
