At 5'2" and 145, the Large was too big but the Medium fits great.  Plenty of room for the Canyon vest underneath.  Lightweight and extremely comfortable; I think this will help to regulate temperature so as not too hot or cold.  Quality is wonderful.  Purchased in the Bone but may buy another color also.
