This hoodie is great. I own it in both colors. I have used it in extreme heat and cooler weather. Even in 105 F heat, it kept me cool and protected me from the sun and UV rays while touring some Mayan ruins in Guatemala. Most recently, it provided just enough warmth to keep me comfortable while I was kayaking in chillier conditions up in Lake Superior at Pictured Rocks National Shoreline. It also just looks great as a piece of athleisure wear paired with some of the Kore shorts, another one of my Vuori favorites.
