Terrible sizing differences
I have over 10 Ace, Strato, and Viewpoint polos so I figured this would be another great polo from Vuori. I've never had an issue with sizing until the Ponto. I've gotten the XL in those 3 other styles and they fit great. The XL in the Ponto was way too big. Then I ordered a Large assuming these were cut differently than their other styles but that wasn't case. The XL was too big and the L was too small.

Pilled Around the Collar on the very first wash
I wore this very comfortable shirt twice. Washed it once in a front loading top quality washing machine with Tide HE laundry soap. It came out of the washer with the collar pilled to the extent that it looked like I had owned it for a year. When I contacted customer support they then told me I should not wash it with towels and a long list of other things, none of which are contained on the product care label. Now I am 5 emails into the Vuori return process. Photographs etc. 45 minutes of my life I am never getting back. As much as I like these shirts, never buying from them again. My advice...find something on Amazon. They treat you like they want your business and don't make you jump through hoops on the return.
