Why is it so hard to get an item shipped from a store to a customer?
My spouse asked for this as his Christmas present and the medium did not fit him. It was sold out online in the large size we needed. I spent some time and tracked it down at about 5 different stores. However the stores are not allowed to take Credit Card information over the phone. One salesperson tried to make it available by sending me a checkout cart - but the software overode itand said it was sold out, even though she was holding the item in her hand. At this point, because it was the ONLY THING my spouse wanted - and it was to replace a similar Vuori item I got for him last year, that he loved and wore almost daily, that was wearing out. So really wanted to get it for him. The only way I could procure it was to drive @ 100 miles to a store that held it for me. Unfortunately there had been a storm the night before so my two hour drive to the store took 4 hours. 6 hours round trip. Now I know Vuori isn't Nordstrom (Who would simply find the item and have the store ship it to me) but this is unnaceptable. All the people I talked to and worked with in the stores were FANTASTIC. The item is really nice and my spouse loves it. But I will do my best to NEVER buy online from Vuori again. Actually not to buy anything from them ever again. Their people really wanted to help me get the item and their corporate system made it incredibly difficult and unpleasant. Overall - the experience has been a complete turn off. I will never get those 6 hours spent driving, back. It tells me that Vuori doesn't value my time, or me, as a customer.

Just perfect!
This is a GREAT piece shirt/jacket to add to your wardrobe. It's a tailored, athletic fit, warm, but not heavy and made of great material that's soft inside and durable on the outside. You can wear this inside or outside. I absolutely love it!

Awkward fit
This is a hard review because I love Vuori so much! This is the first time I have to knock off stars. The pockets on this are just awkward. They are located at the side seam so my hands have to go back in an odd position to use them. They need to be more forward on the jacket. So I would love a proper inside pocket for this as well. Just doesn’t feel like it should be called a jacket. It’s priced as a jacket but I wouldn’t call it a jacket at all. I’m not a fan of the outer fabric, it feels a bit cheap to me. I hope they redesign this, it has potential!

Well made, great style
I got this for my son, he is 5’10 and slim and the large was perfect. It is a great shirt jacket. Casual and warm but it can be layered for more warmth if needed. My din loved it.
