We know that the path towards a sustainable future is a complex terrain, so we have developed a four-pillar approach aimed to benefit the planet we love so much:
Recycled + Organic Materials - This year, 50% of our products are made with high-quality sustainable materials, and by 2022 we are committed to increasing that to 80% of our materials.
Climate Neutral - We're offsetting 100% of our carbon footprint. Through a partnership with Climate Neutral, we cancel 100% of our direct and indirect carbon emissions from our business and manufacturing by funding projects that help combat global warming.
Waste Reduction - In 2020, we worked to start eliminating the majority of our plastic garment bags, and our goal is to save over 1.2 million bags in 2021 from landfills. By 2022 we plan to eliminate 80% of plastics from our shipping and supply chain, further investing in a cleaner future.
Creating a Sustainable Culture - We recognize that our internal culture is a direct reflection of our brand. From educational opportunities to mentorship programs to free workout classes, we are committed to our team members' health, happiness and growth.
